皆さん、こんにちは
ブログ第３３２弾です。
先週はJFNの新年会が鹿児島で開催されました。
せっかく九州に行くので福岡にあるお客様にも挨拶をしてきました。
午後に着くと早々に事務所までご挨拶に行き、少し商談を行いました。
話の方向性も纏まって、その後会食に行きました。
九州といえども少し肌寒くコートを持っていって正解でした。
会食も円満に終わり部屋に戻ると、私の悪い癖でテレビをつけてしまい
結局、いつもと変わらない時間に寝てしまいました。
翌朝は私の尊敬している方のお祝いで、鹿児島で有名な工作品を見てきました。
以前、お祝いで頂いたことがあるので何かの記念にと思っていました。
鹿児島の友人からは直接、工場兼店舗を行くのが一番良いということで現地に行ってきました。
実際、見てみると素晴らしく、しかし、少々いい値段がするのでさすがと思いました。
購入を終えると今度は鹿児島の青果市場へ行き
先日の出張時に同行して頂いたのでそのお礼とご挨拶してきました。
そして、その日の午後はJFNの新年会が開催されました。
各社が今年の抱負を発表したり、鹿児島で活躍されている会社の社長さんがプレゼンしてくれました。
水産会社さんで、養殖を得意として、アメリカでも徐々に回転ずし屋に納めているそうです。
ゼロから立ち上げて、ここまで展開されるのはすごいことだと感じました。
その後は懇親会に入りました。
懇親会ではみなさんがそれぞれのグループに分かれて非常に楽しく会話されていました。
改めて皆さんの個性があふれ出していてこの会は本当にいいなぁと思いました。
その後、会の締めの挨拶があり、挨拶された方がこのJFNには歴史があり、
世代交代されてきて、その親子から少し世代交代の話をと言われ
我々親子がステージに上がり、お話をさせて頂きました。
有難いことに、周りの方からは世代交代がうまくいっていると見てくれているようです。
その辺の話をするように言われ、
私からは
「どこまでもいっても私の今があるのは親の教育のおかげです」
と話をさせてもらいました。
翌日は、懇親ゴルフで
一緒にプレーしたメンバーはすごく個性的で魅力のある方で一番親しくさせてもらっていますが、
改めて一緒にプレーさせてもらいましたが本当に自分らしさが出ていて
ご自身の魅力をよく理解されて、ご自身の魅力を余すことなく出されているようで
羨ましくもあり、知り合う事ができて感謝です。
私の良い癖でもあり、悪い癖でもあるのですが、
思ったことをすぐに行動したり、言ってしまったりするので
ご本人に「素晴らしいですね」と言ってしまいました。
ご本人は謙遜されていましたが、私はそれくらい魅力ある方だと思っています。
今回は毎年行っている新年会でしたが、非常に新鮮味があって、非常に良い機会でした。

Blog No.332nd: “JFN New Year’s Party”
Hello everyone, this is the 332nd episode of my blog.
Last week, the JFN New Year’s party was held in Kagoshima prefecture.
Since I was going to Kyushu area, I also went to see our clients in Fukuoka.
When I got there in the afternoon, I went to the client’s office early and discussed our plan.
We were able to organize our direction of our plan, and afterwards we had a business dinner.
I was glad I brought my coat because it was cold in Kyushu area than I thought.
The party went well.
When I got back to my room, I turned on the TV involuntarily
Eventually, I went to bed at the same time as usual.
Next morning, I went to see a famous artwork in Kagoshima prefecture to celebrate a business partner who I respect.
I was given the artwork before as a token of celebration.
I wanted to present something to celebrate.
My friend in Kagoshima advised me to go to the original store directly.
When I went there, the artwork was excellent yet a little expensive.
After I bought it, I went to fruit and vegetable market to greet a business partner who supported us on prior business trip.
After that, the JFN New Year’s party was held.
Attendees in each company announced their plans and goals.
A president who is active in Kagoshima gave presentations.
His company is fishery company and is good at aquafarming.
His company has offered a lot of ingredients to sushi restaurants around all America.
I thought it’s great to grow such company from scratch.
Then the social gathering began.
A variety of peoples were separated into each group at the business party and had a great time.
Once again, I thought this social gathering is wonderful for them to express characteristics of each.
Afterwards, someone was greeting to conclude the party.
He said this JFN has history.
He told to us we overcame our generational change.
And he told my father and me to shared some contents of our generational change.
I told what I am is due to my parent’s education eventually.
Next day, we played golf.
I have had a good relationship with a man in our party who has attractive character.
He has his own charming personality.
He knows his own character.
He expressed his own attractive personality very well.
I envy him and I appreciate being able to meet him.
This is both a good habit and a bad habit of me.
Since I unintentionally express what I want to say or what I want to act, I told him in person you are very excellent.
Although he had a humble attitude.
I thought he is such an attractive person.
This party was a new year’s party, which we do every year, but it was great for me to feel fresh.
