皆さん、こんにちは
ブログ第３３９弾です。
先週は、シンガポールに行ってきました。
執行役員のメンバーも連れていきました。
また、今回はDENBAの機材は事前に送っておきました。
SATOYUの扱っているフルーツにDENBAを使用し
どう新しいビジネスチャンスを作るかといったことを協議しました。
また、今度4年ぶりに新店を出す話題になりました。
南日本から紹介したデザイナーの方の力も借りて
新店舗のロゴやデザインを考えてもらうことになりました。
色々と課題を協議しましたが、全員一致でこの新店舗の議題に対して賛成だったので
徐々に関係性がさらに高まったように感じました。
次の日は早々に日本へ帰国しました。
お客様主催の花見の会がありました。
シンガポールに行っていたので、日本に帰ってきた時は桜が開花していると思っていました。
しかし、実際に日本に帰って来るとまだ開花しておりませんでした。
開花していない分、お客様と会話を多く出来たと思うので非常に良かったと思います。
また先週は今年初めて初穂に行ってきました。
ようやくシーズン到来といった感じです。
さて、先週は南日本運輸倉庫株式会社で入社式を行いました。
南日本単体では１５名の子達が入社してくれて、最近は毎年外国人の子も入社してくれています。
今年は初めて会社の概要や将来のことは殆ど話すことはせずに、自分の経験や考えを踏まえ、
新入社員の子達に役立つような話をさせてもらいました。
去年は、中野サンプラザで開催しましたが、皆さん、ご存じのように去年の六月で営業が終了しました。
そこで、今年はお客様のグループ会社のレストランで開催させて頂きました。
隣には上野公園もあるので桜が満開だったらよかったのですが、中々まだ咲く様子が見えません。
入社式も滞りなく終了すると、その後は昼食会でした。
まだ、緊張した人もいましたが、時折、笑顔もみられて良かったです。
次の日から、研修のようですが、サプライズで研修にも少し参加してみました。
社会人として大変な研修のようでしたが、一歩一歩歩んで頂けたらと思います。
先週はそんな週でした。

Blog No. 339th “A New Recruitment Ceremony”
Hello everyone, this is the 339th episode of my blog.
Last week I went to Singapore with my executive members.
We sent the DENBA device in advance.
A lot of fruits dealt with by SATOYU make use of DENBA system and we discussed how we generate new business opportunities.
We also discussed about a new store which is going to set up for the first time in four years.
The designer we introduced is going to help us on logo and interior design of a new store.
We discussed about variety of topics.
Since we unanimously agreed to open a new store, I felt our relationship is gradually growing even stronger.
I came back to Japan the next day.
Our client held a party for us.
We were planning to see a lot of cherry blossoms.
I thought the cherry blossoms would be blooming when I came to Japan, because I had been in Singapore.
The cherry blossoms weren’t blooming.
However, although they weren’t blooming, I was very happy to be able to talk to our clients a lot.
Afterwards, I went to Hatsuho golf club for the first time this year.
It felt like golf season has begun.
We held a new recruitment ceremony of MTLS last week.
15 people joined in our company.
Recently, foreign people also joined in our company every year.
I announced my experiences and thoughts which I thought would be helpful without talking about company’s overview and future for the first time this year.
Last year, we held it in Nakano Sun Plaza.
As you know, Nakano Sun Plaza closed in June of last year.
So, we held it in our client’s restaurant this year.
It was nearby Ueno Park.
If cherry blossoms were blooming, it was the best for us.
There was no sign of cherry blossoms blooming yet.
After a new recruitment ceremony ended smoothly, we ate lunch there.
There were nervous people, too.
But I was very glad to see everyone’s smile.
They would take part in a workshop next day.
I also took part in it without notice.
The workshop seemed tough for them.
I would very happy if they could be able to make progress steadily.
This week was a week of these thoughts.
