みなさん、こんにちは
ブログ第３３０弾です。
先週は、母校の出身プロゴルファーの祝勝会兼同窓会に行ってきました。
今、活躍中の岩井姉妹や渡辺プロが出席していましたが、１００人近く集まり盛大でした。
普段、あまりこういったOB会は参加できず久しぶりに会う方も多かったです。
一つ上の先輩が普段懇意にしてくれていたので縁が切れることなく、参加できて良かったです。
以前のブログにも書きましたが、高校時代もいろんな事がありましたが
今となってみれば良い思い出かもしれません。
思い出話が盛り上がり、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
また次いつ参加できるかわかりませんが楽しみにしておきたいと思います。
さて、先週は南日本グループの新年会がありました。
去年、仲間になった企業も参加し、まずは私からグループの売り上げと中経との差、
計画中の物流センター、新規顧客獲得予定、そのあとは去年の振り返りを行いました。
そして、本部ごとの方針説明と中期経営計画に則った、計画や意志を明確にしてくれました。
さらに、そのあとは各グループ会社からも振り返りがあり、３時間半かかって終了しました。
今年は中経が稼働してから初めての新年会でしたので、
新年会の様子が今までと違った感じでボリュームはありましたがまとまった感じがありました。
そのあとさらにエリア長の発表もあり、普段からの内容もありました。
今回の新年会はさらに良かったと自画自賛しています。
そのあと懇親会になりましたが、うちの会長も非常にご機嫌よく楽しい会となりました。
有難いことに1月からも新メンバーが増え、２月からもまた新たにメンバーが増えました。
ただ、バックグランドが違い環境も違う中で、南日本に入ってくれたので
しっかりとコミュニケーションをとって時間と場所の共有を図り、
しっかりと成長していけたらと思います。
先週はそんな週でした。

Blog No.330: ”New Year’s Party and Victory Celebration”
Hello everyone, this is the 330th episode of my blog.
Last week I went to victory party and alumni meeting of professional golfers from my alma mater.
A few professional golf players who are currently active in the scene joined the party.
This time the famous Iwai sisters and Ayaka Watanabe joined.
Entirely there were approximately 100 people in attendance.
I haven’t been able to join such party like this.
There were many people I haven’t met for a long time.
One of my older seniors was usually very friendly to me, so I was never disconnected.
Fortunately, I was very happy to join.
Though I wrote in the previous blog, many incidents happened in high school era.
Now, I might have had good memories.
We were able to talk each other prosperously.
I had a great time.
I don’t know when I can join again
However, I am looking forward to it.
By the way, last week we held new year’s party of Minami-nihon Group.
The company we acquired last year joined the meeting too.
First, I announced the sales of Minami-nihon Group and difference of the medium-term management plan, the new logistics warehouses in planning and new prospective customers.
Then, I reviewed last year.
After that, our chief managers explained each division’s policy.
They also explained their medium-term management plan.
It took three and half hours in the meeting.
Though this new year’s meeting was the first time since we had made the medium-term management plan, this meeting was different from the previous time and was excellent.
After that, there were further presentation by several area managers and announced their plans and policies.
I am proud to say that this New Year’s party was even better.
After the meeting, we had a dinner party.
We had a great time and the chairman was in a very good mood.
Fortunately, new several recruits joined our company lately from January and February.
However, everyone has different backgrounds and different environments.
As they joined Minami-nihon company, I will communicate well, share time and location and grow together.
This week was a week of these thoughts.
