皆さん、こんにちは
ブログ第３４１弾です。
先週は南日本協力会と、いつも懇意にさせて頂いております、
社長さんの古希のお祝いに参加させて頂きました。
元々は参加予定ではなかったのですが、無理に入れてもらいお祝いをさせて頂きました。
普段、いつも目にかけてもらって気を使って頂いている方です。
後輩の私が言うのも何ですが、いつもアグレッシブに
そして地元の仲間の方達を大切にする姿に尊敬しておりました。
ですので、いつもこのような会があると地元のお仲間がたくさん来ます。
普段の気遣いが形成されているのだと思いました。
最近は、息子さんも役員になられて、ますます勢いのある会社になっていくのだと思います。
会では、若輩者の私が締めの挨拶をさせてもらいました。
その中でも、やはり、お父さん、息子さんには
大変お世話になっており、何かまたお返しができればと思い、参加させてもらいました。
とお伝えさせてもらいました。
改めて、このようなやり取りをさせて頂くことで、さらに信頼を得られるようにと思います。
さて、先週は南日本協力会を開催させてもらいました。
前回は11月に開催させてもらい、久しぶりにみなさんとお会いできました。
お出迎えして、たくさんの方に挨拶をさせてもらいました。
今回は、コロナも明けたので、南日本側も営業所を見ている部長クラスまで参加させてもらいました。
普段の業務を協力して頂いているパートナー会社さんですので
営業所を見ているメンバーと懇親を深めてもらいたいという意図があります。
また、グループ会社の役員にも参加してもらいました。
会が始まると、今回は総会でしたので年間計画、予算や役員の改正など発表がありました。
その後は私の方から南日本グループの近況を説明させてもらいました。
新センターの建築予定やDENBAでの活動報告、海外での展開の様子、などです。
その後は基調講演があり、女性社長の方が、男社会が色濃い精密機械の会社を
見事、立て直した話をしてもらい、非常に勉強になりました。
教育、整理整頓、など改めて重要性を認識しました。
懇親会では、南日本の社員が参加者の方たちと結構会話をさせてもらっていたのが良かったです。
翌日のゴルフでは多数の方が参加してくれて改めて感謝します。
今回もまた協力会を開催させて頂きましたが、改善の余地はまだまだたくさんあると思います。
さらに良い機会にできるように頑張りたいと思います。

Blog No. 341st “MTLS Partner Session”
Hello everyone, this is the 341st episode of my blog.
Last week, there were Minami Nihon partner’s party, and celebration of someone who became 77 in age.
He has been always taking care of me and our company.
I didn’t plan to take part in the celebration originally.
I joined in it forcibly.
Usually, he has worried about me and has often talked to me.
It might be strange to talk about him as a junior, but he is always aggressive and taking care of his local friends.
So, when such party was always held, a lot of people gathered.
I thought it was shaped by his usual hospitality.
Recently, his son became an executive.
I thought their company will get flourished more and more.
At the end of the party, I made a speech as the youngest member.
I said I joined this party because he and his son has taken great care of me, and I wanted to return the favor.
From now on, I hope to get relationship between us.
We held the session called Minami Nihon partner’s party.
The last time was held in November.
I met everyone for the first time in six months.
I greeted them a lot.
This time, since the covid 19 was finished, I made number of division managers to take part in it.
They managed several sales offices.
When the party started, the MC announced the party’s annual plan, budget, and amendment of officers.
Afterwards, I explained the current situation of MTLS group, a new warehouse, an activity information of DENBA, overseas expansion, and so on.
After that, there was a keynote speech.
She was a female president who has run the company in the precision machinery industry.
The industry seemed to have strong male-dominated.
I heard her story that she reformed her company.
The story was very helpful for us.
I learned what she talked about the education, tidying up, and so forth.
At the dinner party, our team members talked to attendees a lot.
It seemed very good.
Many people participated in the golf game the next day.
I appreciated them again.
In this session, I thought there is still a lot of room with which we can improve.
I will do my best to be able to offer better opportunities.
This week was a week of these thoughts.
