ブログ第３４７弾です。
先週もイベントが多かったです。
まずは、我が社に去年の11月から
ベトナムの超名門大学を出た人たちが今、
インターン生として、南日本に入社してくれています。
一回は食事をしたいと思い、
食事会をしました。
彼らとは去年、ブログに書きましたが
ベトナムで両親の方達と共に会いました。
元々は、海外の人材は海を超えて
日本に来るって流石、海外の人はすごいなぁと思っていました。
しかし、ベトナムに行ってご両親と会うと
前回もブログにも書いたと思いますが
全く雰囲気は違い、ご親戚もものすごく本人を心配していました。
親戚からも質問が多く、それが印象的でした。
その彼らを引き受けての再会でした。
皆さん非常に成長したようでした。
今でも仕事を終えた後４時間くらい
日本語の勉強をしていると言っていました。
それを聞いただけで頭が下がる思いでした。
食事会の中で、結構いろんな質問を受けました。
それをしっかり南日本側でしっかりサポートできるようにしたいと思いました。
次は、グループ会社のゴルフコンペがありました。
50回以上開催されているらしく
20年以上、開催しているようです。
皆さん和気藹々で
すごく気兼ねなく楽しんでいる姿に
有難いと思いました。
逆に、こちらが少し緊張したぐらいでした。
また先週はある物流会社さんの倉庫見学に行ってきました。
その社長さんとは私が中学生の時に初めてお会いしました。
それからのお付き合いですが、
運んでいるものが違うせいか
中々今まであまり交流がありませんでした。
しかし、今回ご縁で、倉庫見学に来ました。
倉庫入ると、整理整頓がしっかりされていて
ゴミ一つ落ちておらず、
また社員の方の教育もしっかりされている様子でいた。
お客さんが倉庫見学をされたら
安心されるのではと思う倉庫でした。
ただ、元々は私は倉庫見学というよりは
女性社員も多く、非常にうまく採用活動をされているので
そちらを聞きたかったのですが、
倉庫を見て良くわかりました。
また、お客様との関係構築や
業務の提案を常にアップデートされていて
会社としての姿勢が素晴らしく感じました。
そのあと懇親会に参加させてもらいました。
30年以上の付き合いです。
徐々に懇親を深めることができれば有難いと思いました。
先週はそんな週でした。
また来週お会いしましょう。
Blog No. 347th “Relationship”
Hello everyone, this is the 346th episode of my blog.
Last week I went to the chairman’s house.
We talked about many things, such as our family, relatives and business, etc.
I was taught a lot of stories about business since I was a child.
Lately, he told me the story of our family, relatives and inheritance from his long-term perspective.
When I listened to him, I studied his story from a different perspective.
Seeing the world abroad has given me many ideas, and I have written about it before.
But I can learn a lot of things even If we stay in a familiar environment.
We might always miss them out.
I think I want to change my perspective so that I can utilize it usefully.
Last week there was the workshop of MTLS Group.
After Covid-19 finished, the workshop was revived last year.
However, the workshop was held with a limited number of people.
Since this year, it has been held with members of regular office staff.
Actually, when Covid-19 started, in the spring of 2020, we were going to hold the workshop
at Showa Frozen Co., ltd.
But we canceled the workshop.
It was for this reason that the workshop was held again there.
During Covid-19, Wako Ryutsu, Tosei Ryutsu and New Tama Transport joined our group
in the domestic area.
I think it means that the workshop was revived with more power.
That is why we were going to tour Showa Frozen and Tosei Ryutsu.
In the past, the participating members gathered at the site in their own cars,
but since it would be crowded with many cars coming to the site,
we decided to try a new approach this time, gathering at Tokyo Station and heading to the site
by a large bus.
I also joined there, took a bus, and went to Shizuoka.
When we got there, some executives explained their company overview, warehouse and
operating features.
Afterward, we toured the warehouse and the distribution processing work.
Afterward, we moved to Tosei Ryutsu in Numazu and saw their warehouse.
As I wrote earlier, the revival of the workshop, the increase of our group company, moving by bus to faraway expeditions, and so on, many new factors began this time around.
Though this workshop was opened by my statement,
I thought this workshop was excellent.
I really appreciate it.
The next day, we split into a golf group and a sightseeing group.
Finally, we all met up, headed to Tokyo station, and then left off.
I thought this workshop was excellent.
I also thought the evening party was very exciting.
I also was proud to see an increase in the number of female managers.
This workshop was really a great success, and I am thankful for it.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the participants and all those who were involved
in the preparation.
This week was a week of these thoughts.
