ブログ第３５０弾です。
なんとか350回まで来ました。
ありがとうございます。
ブログを書いていると皆さんから読んだよと言ってくれて励みになります。
しかし、本当にニュアンスとか伝え方とか難しいと思います。
伝え方と捉え方は本当に違うのだなと思います。
ですので普段からの直接のコミュニケーションをメインに活用しながらも
足りない所をこのブログで補えるようにできれば幸いだと思います。
そう言う意味では誤字脱字はもちろんのこと、細心の注意を払いながら書いていきたいと思います。
今後ともよろしくお願いします。
先週も出張の多い週でした。
週初めには、八王子方面に行っていたのですが、
その後駅に着いて戻ろうとするとホームでお客様にバッタリあってしまいました。
その次の日は、DENBA DISSの決算報告会でした。
新たな業態にもチャレンジし、お陰様で順調に業績を上げることができましたが
また新たな課題が浮き彫りとなり、その課題に向けてチャレンジしていきます。
木曜日にはお客様と仙台でお会いしました。
お客様の熱い気持ちを我々物流会社に向けて発信してくれました。
最近ではこのような機会は少なくなってきていると思います。
本当に感謝です。
私も本当に学ぶところが多かったです。
また次の機会も楽しみにしたいと思います。
翌朝はそのまま、南日本Gの研修会で車で静岡へ行きました。
まずは昭和冷凍を見学し、その後、東成流通サービスを見学しました。
2回目のメンバーでしたが、
興味を持って見学していてくれる人や、すでにコミュニケーションをとってくれて
気さくに昭和のメンバーとやりとりをしてくれているメンバーもいて
上手にコミュニケーションをとってくれているのだなぁと思いました。
懇親会の席でも随分と皆さんがコミュニケーションをとっている姿に
本当に開催して良かったと思いました。
今回は、私が足の指を骨折してしまったので、あまり皆さんの所へはいけませんでしたが
二次会の部屋が小さかったので、少しコミュニケーションをとることができました。
良かったと思っています。
やはり、今までと違ったスタイルを知ることが大事だと思います。
南日本は母体の会社ではありますが、他社を知ることでまだまだ学ぶ部分は多いと思います。
私の挨拶の中で少し、その話題に触れました。
やはりそう言ったきっかけで奮起し、また新たな成長が芽生えるのだと思います。
先週はそんな週でした。

Blog No. 350th “The Second Workshop”
Hello everyone, this is the 350th episode of my blog.
This time, I have been able to write my blog up to 350 posts.
Thank you so much.
When I write a blog, I get encouraged by everyone telling me: “We read your blog!”.
Though I always think about it, when I write my blog, I find it difficult to convey nuances in the way I want to share it.
I think there is a big difference between how something is conveyed and how it is received.
That’s why I usually use mainly direct communication, and I hope that my blog will be able to fill in the missing gaps.
If I could do it, I am very happy.
In that sense, I want to be as careful as possible when writing, not to mention avoiding typos and omissions.
Thank you for your continued support.
There were many business trips last week too.
Earlier this week, I went to Hachioji.
Afterward, when I was about to return to my office,
I ran into my client at the station.
I was really surprised.
The next day, DENBA DISS has announced its financial results.
We challenged a new type of business.
We have been able to improve our performance steadily.
However, we were able to find some new assignments.
We will challenge for a new target.
Last Thursday, I had dinner with my clients in Sendai.
They shared with us their thoughts in person.
I think that these days such opportunities are becoming rare.
I really appreciated it.
I learned a lot.
I look forward to the next time too.
The next morning, I left for the workshop venue of MTLS in Shizuoka.
First, we saw Showa Freezing Inc, then Tosei Ryutsu service.
Many people came there for the first time.
However, most people were interested in them.
MTLS members were familiar with Showa and Tosei.
I appreciate them who communicated well with each other.
At a banquet event, they were able to communicate better with each other.
Since I broke my toe, I wasn’t able to go to talk to everyone.
At the after party, I join it too.
I was able to communicate with them a bit.
It is very important for us to know and learn a different style.
Though MTLS is the mother company, I have a lot of things to learn by getting to know other companies.
In the greeting, I told them about it.
I think that such an opportunity will inspire us and give rise to new growth.
This week was a week of these thoughts.
