皆さん、こんにちは
ブログ第３５１弾です。
先週、ようやく梅雨入りしたそうです。
水不足が懸念されて、野菜などにも影響が出ていました。
梅雨入りはしましたが絶対的に雨量が足りていない気がします。
しっかり雨が降って、作物に良い影響を与えてもらえればと思います。
さて、先週は第3回目の研修会が行われました。
今回も同じように昭和冷凍と東成流通サービスを訪れました。
今回は私もバスで参加しました。
見学と同時に来年オープン予定の新センターの土地もしっかり見てきました。
それぞれの会社の特徴があって、同じ静岡でも面白いと思ってみていました。
夕方はまた懇親会が始まりましたが、私は足の指を怪我していたので
中々、みなさんとの会話の機会が少なかったです。
次回は今までのように、積極的に回って会話をしたいと思います。
さて、翌日はJFNのメンバー方の安全輸送会議に参加させてもらいました。
何年振りかの参加でした。
静岡から向かったので、少し遅刻して参加しました。
最初の講義から非常に勉強になりました。
たくさんメモをとりました。
二番目の講義は労基関係や国交省関係でした。
こちらも非常に勉強になり、眠くなる暇もないくらい、メモを取ったり記録に残したりして、
会社に戻ったら確認しようと思いました。
その後は、部屋に入りました。
中々の豪華な部屋に驚きました。
その夜は宴会も始まり、冒頭、乾杯の挨拶をさせてもらいました。
120人も参加者がいる中で、なぜ私が挨拶？と思いました。
有難く思いました。
いろんな方と会話をさせてもらい、非常に勉強になりました。
翌朝は東京に戻らないといけない用事がありましたので、午前中には東京に戻ってきました。
怒涛のようなスケジュールでしたが、誘って頂けるうちはなるべく参加したいと思います。
先週はそんな週でした。
また、来週お会いしましょう！！
Blog No. 351st “The Third Workshop and Another Workshop”
Hello everyone, this is the 351st episode of my blog.
It seems that the rainy season started last week.
There were concerns about a water shortage, which was apparently affecting vegetables and other crops.
The rainy season has started, but it feels like there isn’t enough rain.
I hope the rain will fall and positively affect the crops.
Last week, the third workshop was held.
This time, we visited Showa Freezing and Tosei Ryutsu service as well.
This time I joined there by bus too.
During the tour, we also visited the site of the new center, which is scheduled to open next year.
Each company has its own characteristics, and I thought it was interesting to watch them even though they are all in the same Shizuoka area.
The reception started in the evening, and because I had hurt my toe, I didn’t have many opportunities to talk to everyone.
Next time, I’ll try to be more proactive and start conversations as I have done in the past.
The next day, I attended a Safety Transport Conference hosted by JFN members.
It was my first time participating in several years. I came from Shizuoka so I was a little late.
I learned a lot in the first lecture. I took a lot of notes.
The second lecture was about the Labor Standards Inspection Office and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
This was also very informative.
I didn’t even have time to get sleepy, so I took notes and kept records, and I was planning to check them when I got back to the office.
After that, we went into our room.
I was surprised at how luxurious the room was.
That night, the party started, and I was allowed to give a toast at the beginning.
There were 120 people in attendance, so I wondered why I was the one to give the toast.
I was grateful.
I had the opportunity to talk to many different people and learned a lot.
I had to go back to Tokyo the next morning, so
I got back there in the morning.
It’s a hectic schedule, but I’d like to participate as much as possible when I’m invited.
This week was a week of these thoughts.
