皆さん、こんにちは
ブログ第３５２弾です。
先週はトラブルに見舞われて、殆どの予定をキャンセルさせて頂いて、その分、会社に殆どおりました。
神様がもう少し休めと言っていると何人かの方から言われてしまいましたが
起きたことを真摯に受け止め、どうあるかしっかり考えていきたいと思います。
そういった意味では時間を多くとれたので、良い機会かもしれません。
会社も含め、ゆっくりと考えていきたいと思います。
さて、皆さんはいろんな場面に遭遇したり決断を求められたり、実行したりすることがあると思います。
それを突き動かしているものは何でしょうか？
この前もある方と話をしたら、経験や年齢が上にも関わらず自信がないので言えないと仰っていました。
気持ちはすごく理解できます。
私も社長業がもう少しで１０年になりますが、いまだに自信なんて当然ありません。
もしかしたら自信がないから良いのかもしれません。
常にアンテナを張ろうとしていますし、
自信がなければ、勘違いをしているかもしれないと思い、相手に確認もとります。
あとで「大園、あの時、勘違いしていたよな～」と思われたくないのです。
もちろんそれでも勘違いしていることもあると思います。
だからこそ、事前に確認をとっていきたいと思っています。
話を戻すと、自信はありませんが、大事にしているものはあります。
家族ですし、会社ですし、会社の仲間です。
大事にしているものがあると行動できたりしませんか？
私は行動している、決断している自分を振り返った時に
大事にしているものが明確だから、優先順位を付けられるような気がします。
皆さんも当然大事にしているものがあると思います。
大事にしているものがあれば一目散に行動されているでしょう。
大事に集めているものがあれば、定期的に見ると思います。
そう考えると、自分が大事にしていることを探す試みは大事なような気がします。
自分の心の中を深堀していく、
また新たな発見や新たに自分が大事にしていることが見えるかもしれません。
それだけでも楽しいような気がします。

Blog No. 352nd “Our confidence and important things”
Hello everyone, this is the 352nd episode of my blog.
I had trouble last week, so I canceled most plans and almost stayed at our office.
Some people said to me that God tell you to take a rest.
I accept what has happened with all seriousness and will think carefully about how to deal with it.
With that said, since I got a lot of time, it might be a good opportunity.
I want to think it over slowly including our company.
Now, I think there are many things and occasions when we are asked to make a decision and execute it.
And what is your motivation behind it that drives you to do so?
Once I spoke with someone the other day,
though he is older and has more experience than the other person, he could not say to her anything due to not having confidence.
I can agree with his thought.
Although I have been president for almost ten years now,
I’ｍ still not confident.
Maybe it is good that I am not confident.
I always try to get some new information.
If I’m not confident, I can confirm something to counterparts.
I don’t want to be told by someone that Mr. Ozono made a mistake at that time.
Of course, I still think I might be wrong.
That’s why I want to check it in advance.
Getting back to the topic, though I’m not confident, there are important things to me.
It’s my family, my company, and my colleagues.
When we have important things, we can take action, can’t we?
When I look back at the actions I am taking and the decisions I am making,
I feel like I can prioritize them since it’s clear what is important to me.
Naturally, I think there are important things to everyone.
If there are important things to you, you will act and execute them at full speed.
If there are things that you collect and that are important to you, you will check them regularly.
When you think about it that way, it seems like it is important to try to find out what is important to you.
When we look deeper into our own hearts and minds, we may find and discover something new, something that is important to us.
Even just that alone seems to be fun.
