皆さん、こんにちは
ブログ第３８５弾です。
先週も相変わらず忙しい週でした。
まずは今年入社予定の子たちの内定式に参加してきました。
入社予定の子は総勢１３名でした。
配属される営業所の所長や先輩社員も参加していました。
冒頭に私から会社の説明や私の新入社員時代の経験談
そして、社長になってから今までの経験など、話をしました。
その後はグループワークが始まりました。
事務局の進め方もあり、以前と比べてだいぶ意見が活発になったような気がします。
その後は恒例の南日本クイズもありました。
結構回答の正解率も高く、よく調べているんだなぁと思いました。
みんなで昼食をとり、昼食時には先輩の社員が私に
『こう言った分野に進出しないのですか？』
と質問を受けました。
皆さんそれぞれ成長していることを感じた瞬間です。
内定式は全時間参加しましたが、それだけの価値があったと思います。
次は日頃、お世話なっている物流会社さんや取引先企業との協力会、特別研修会がありました。
コロナもあったので５年ぶりくらいの開催でした。
今回はあるメーカーさんの工場を見学しました。
日頃からお世話になっていますが、工場を見学するとより親近感を感じました。
我々も常に食のインフラを支えていますが、我々も支えられていると感じました。
また、年々、拡張工事を行っており、
品質へのこだわりと時代の流れに沿った商品を作っていることを感じました。
その後は、懇親会を近くの旅館で行いました。
少し人数は少なかったかもしれませんが、それだけ親密に会話ができたと思っています。
非常に盛り上がったせいか、普段の起床より若干、寝坊をしてしまいました。
翌日は、懇親ゴルフと気候も暖かく、皆さん楽しまれたと思っています。
先週はそんな週でした。
また、来週お会いしましょう。
Blog No. 385th “The Orientation and Business Partner’s Party”
Hello everyone, this is the 385th episode of my blog.
As usual, I was busy last week, too.
I took part in an orientation for the new employees who would join our company this year.
There were 13 people who would join our company.
Managers and senior staffs of sales office to which they were assigned participated there.
At the beginning, I explained about my company, my experience as a new employee and my experience since becoming a CEO.
Afterwords, a group session began.
The secretariat had a good way of proceeding, and everyone’s opinions were more active than in the past.
After that, there were usual Minaminihon’s quiz.
As they got high score, I thought they investigated our company.
When we ate lunch, a senior staff said I would like you to invest in this field.
It was the moment that I felt each of them grow.
It was worth participating until the end.
Next, a party was held with familiar business partners.
It was a special workshop.
Due to COVID 19, it was held for the first time in 5 years.
We toured a plant that a manufacturer operates.
We are usually familiar with them, but we toured there, and I felt them more familiar.
We support the infrastructure of food, but I felt ourselves to be supported, too.
They have had their plants bigger every year.
I felt they make sure their quality and make some trend products.
At the evening, the party was held in the hotel near the plants.
There might have been fewer members than I thought, but I thought it made us talk to each other intimately.
Due to an enjoyable party, I woke up later at the following day.
At the following day, we played golf.
I thought the weather was fine and everyone enjoyed playing golf.
This week was a week of these thoughts.
