皆さん、こんにちは
ブログ第４２６弾です。
まずは、この度の公正取引委員会からの勧告について、
みなさんにご迷惑とご心配をおかけし、申し訳ございませんでした。
これからはより一層、気を引き締めて法令遵守に取り組んでまいります。
さて、最近はまた走るようにしています。
１１月はゴルフが多かったので、あまり走る事ができませんでした。
１２月に入って少し落ち着いたので、走る機会も増えました。
以前は２５分くらい走っていましたが、今回から５０分にしました。
その分、走るスピードはゆっくり目にしました。
効果が出るように頑張りたいと思います。
また、先週はシンガポールに出張に行っていました。
来年の秋から株式の残りを取得し、
完全子会社化を図る予定や、新体制の運用方法などを検討しに行ってきました。
最近は直営店も売り上げが良く、過去最高の売り上げを出した日もありました。
メンバーが凄く頑張ってくれています。
先程の新体制の話の中で、事前に元オーナーの方たちと打ち合わせをして
自分達がここまで築き上げてきた自負と、後を引き継ぎメンバーへの期待や心配を改めてお聞きしました。
その時に自分が社長になってから決意した内容を思い出しました。
創業者と比べても仕方がないので出来る事に集中、
創業者からの質問は基本的に対応済み
しかし対応策に不備があっても割り切り次に繋げる。
そんな事を思い出し、全体のミーティングではその話をさせていただきました。
良いメンバーなので引き続き、私もサポートしていきたいです。

Blog No. 426th “Business Trip to Singapore”
Hello everyone, this is the 426th episode of my blog.
First of all, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience and concern caused to everyone regarding the Fair Trade Commission’s recommendation. From now on, I will be even more vigilant in my efforts to comply with laws and regulations.
Recently, I’ve started running again.
I played a lot of golf in November, so I wasn’t able to run much.
Things have calmed down a bit since December, so I’ve been running more often.
I used to run for about 25 minutes, but this time I increased it to 50 minutes.
I’ve slowed down my running pace to compensate.
I will do my best to see results.
Also, last week I was on a business trip to Singapore.
I went there to discuss our plans to acquire the remaining shares from next fall, making the company a wholly owned subsidiary, as well as how to operate under the new structure.
Sales at our directly operated stores have been good recently, and we even had a day with record sales.
The team members are working incredibly hard.
As we discussed the new structure, I had met with the former owners beforehand and heard about their pride in what they have built so far, as well as their expectations and concerns for the new members who will take over.
At that time, I remembered a decision I made after becoming president.
There’s no point in comparing myself to the founder, so I’ll focus on what I can do.
I’ve basically answered all of the founder’s questions.
However, even if there are shortcomings in my response, I’ll accept them and use it to move forward.
With this in mind, I discussed the matter at the general meeting.
They are great members, and I would like to continue to support them.
This week was a week of these thoughts.
