みなさんこんにちは
ブログ第４３２弾です。
先日、下の息子がヘアスタイルを大幅に変更していました。
待ち合わせ場所に行った時に、最初、娘が見えたので、そこだと思って行こうとしたら
知らない髪型をした人がいたので、場所が違うと思いました。
しかし、よく見ると下の息子でした。
今時というか、想像できなかったヘアスタイルでしたが
結構似合っていると思いましたし、兄弟も似合っていると言っていました。
大人に近づいているのですね。
さて、今年の大河ドラマは豊臣兄弟で
豊臣秀吉の弟の秀長を主人公としたドラマでした。
『見たい』と思う大河ドラマもここ数年ありましたが
１年を通して見るとなるとどうしても途中で挫折していました。
しかし、今年からは娘が一緒に見ようと言ってくれているので
何とか３回まで見続ける事が出来ています。
このまま娘のお陰で、見続ける事が出来るかなと思ったのですが
４月から大学生でいろいろと忙しくなると思うので
もしかしたら４月、５月には見捨てられるかもしれません。
恐らくその頃には習慣化されているので、私一人でも継続できるかもしれません。
何回か見ていて思ったのが、主人公が違うとこうも内容が変わるのかと驚きました。
秀吉の若い頃の藤吉郎が信長の草履を温めていたと聞いていましたが、
実は弟、秀長の発案であったとか、結構自分の知っている内容と違った目線での内容が多かったので、
兄弟でもどちらが主人公になるかによって、内容が変わることは非常に面白く感じました。
もしかすると歴史の史実の中でも、書いた人の好みによって
内容が違っていたのかもと思ってしまいます。
そう考えると人間はいかにいい加減か、特に昔ですとデジタル的なものが少なかったので
尚更、どうだったのか興味が沸いてしまいます。
そもそも事実とはなんだろうとも思ってしまいます。
影響力のある方の話が事実として残っていたり
そもそもその人しか書いていないからそれを事実として認める。
そう考えると興味が広がっていきます。

Blog No. 432nd “The Taiga Dorama”
Hello everyone, this is the 432nd episode of my blog.
The other day, my youngest son made a major change to his hairstyle.
When I went to our meeting place, I first saw my daughter, so I thought that must be the place and started heading towards her.
Then I noticed someone with a hairstyle I didn’t recognize, and I thought I might be in the wrong place.
But when I looked more closely, it was actually my youngest son.
It was a hairstyle I couldn’t really imagine him wearing these days, but I thought it suited him quite well.
Both my oldest son and daughter also said it looked good on him.
I suppose he’s getting closer to adulthood.
This year’s taiga drama is The Toyotomi Brothers, with Hidenaga, the younger brother of Toyotomi Hideyoshi, as the main character.
Over the past few years, there have been taiga dramas I wanted to watch, but whenever I tried to watch them for a whole year, I always ended up giving up partway through.
However, starting this year, my daughter suggested that we watch it together,
and thanks to that, we’ve managed to keep watching it up to the third episode.
I thought I might be able to continue watching it thanks to my daughter,
but she’ll become a college student in April and will probably be very busy,
so I may be abandoned around April or May.
By that time, it will likely have become a habit,
and I may be able to continue watching it on my own.
After watching it several times, I realized how much the story changes depending on who the main character is.
I had heard that when Hideyoshi was young, he warmed Nobunaga’s sandals, but it turns out that it was actually his younger brother, Hidenaga, who came up with that idea.
There were many episodes told from perspectives difference than what I had known,
and I found it very interesting that even though they were brothers, the story changes so much depending on which one is the main character.
It makes me wonder whether even historical facts might differ depending on the preferences of who wrote them.
When I think about it that way, I realize how careless humans can be,
especially in the past, when there were fewer digital record.
That makes me even more curious about what things were really like.
It also makes me wonder what facts actually are in the first place.
Stories told by people with influence remain as facts,
or perhaps we accept them as facts simply because they were the only ones who wrote them.
When I think about it that way, my interest continues to grow.
This week was a week of these thoughts.
