皆さん、こんにちは
ブログ第３４２弾です。
最近はだいぶ暖かい日が増えてきて、半袖姿の人も見るようになりました。
現場に行っても、物量が増えたきた話も聞きます。
いよいよまた暑い日がやってきた感じですね。
先週はある会社さんと懇親ゴルフをさせて頂きました。
日頃から大変お世話になっている会社で、久しぶりに会食とゴルフをしました。
1年前から新体制になりました。
私は『何かあれば何でもお手伝いします』とお伝えしています。
普段の業務でも大変お世話になっております。
それ以外の場面でもお世話になっていて、何かお返しをしなければならないと常々思っていました。
まだ、何もお役に立てていないので、私にできることがあればすぐにお手伝いしたいと思います。
そんな思いからの懇親会でした。
非常に盛り上がり、楽しく過ごすことができました。
以前、書きましたが、やはり『時間と場所の共有』を繰り返し、信頼を得ることが大事だと思います。
さて、その前の日に取引先の会社さんと懇親会、ゴルフが行われました。
今回は3回目で3年ぶりの開催でした。
全国から取引先の社長さんも参加され、その取引のある物流会社の社長さんも全国から集まりました。
このメンバーを見て、私はすごい会だなと思いました。
皆さん、それぞれ忙しいはずなのによく全国から集まったと思いました。
そんな会に参加させてもらって誇らしげに思いました。
関東の地域の取引先の社長さんとは今回は初めてお会いしましたが、凄く気さくな方でした。
気さくな方が多い会社さんと改めて思いました。
懇親会で大盛り上がりし、翌日のゴルフは天候はあまり良くありませんでしたが
それでも参加できて良かったです。
普段からの経営の姿勢、事業の運営の成熟度は基礎として重要なのは当たり前ですが、
今回の二つの懇親会で、事業としてしっかりやるからこそ
このような懇親会ができる、参加できると改めて思いました。
ですので、やはり普段からの事業運営をしっかりとしなければならないと思いました。
先週はそんな週でした。

Blog No. 342nd “A Certain Friendship Party”
Hello everyone, this is the 342nd episode of my blog.
A warm day has been fairly increasing recently.
I have seen people with short sleeve.
When I went to the site, I heard the story that the quantity they handle has been increasing.
I felt the hot days have come finally.
We played golf with a partner company last week.
The company has always taken care of our company.
We had a business dinner and played golf for the first time in a year.
The company created a new organization a year ago.
I told them I will be happy to help you if you have any trouble.
This company has always taken great care of our company, but they also take care of us besides our business as well.
I have frequently thought that we should return something to them.
We haven’t been able to support them yet, so we would like to help them if we can.
With this in mind, it made us hold a party with them.
The party was exciting, and we had a great time.
As I wrote before, it is very important that we “share time and place” repeatedly and gain trust.
On the day before, we had a business party with our partners and played golf.
This time was the third time.
It was held for the first time in three years.
The partner’s presidents from nationwide took part in it.
A lot of presidents in the logistics industry took part in it too.
When I saw the members, I thought this party was amazing.
Even though everyone must be busy, they were able to adjust their schedule.
I was proud of taking part in such a party.
I met a president in Kanto area for the first time, but he was a friendly person.
I thought there were a lot of friendly people in their company.
This party was exciting too.
We played golf in bad weather, but I am pleased I was able to participate in it.
Though it is very important for the usual management attitude and proficiency in business operations, if we can manage the company firmly, they will meet us.
Therefore, I thought I must manage the company firmly, once again.
This week was a week of these thoughts.
