先週も忙しい日々でした。
日曜日からフィリピンに行っていました。
水曜日に帰ってきました。
先に予定を言うと、木曜日からは初穂カントリーに行っていました。
木曜日はJFN総会があり、翌日はゴルフ、またその夜はお客様と懇親会で、土曜日もゴルフでした。
話を戻しますと、日曜日からフィリピンのマニラに行って、
その日はスタッフメンバーと食事をし、翌日は市内を周り知り合いを訪問しました。
その後、飛行機でミンダナオ島に向かい、今回の視察の主催者側と会食を行いました。
わざわざ取締役まで出てきてもらいました。
食事も日本食レストランに連れていってもらいました。
翌日、朝起きて、二回目のシャワーを浴びる時に、シャワー室で転んでしまいました。
右足の小指が腫れてしまい、少し痛かったのですが、
歩くには特に問題がなく、主催者側の施設を見学させてもらいました。
非常に大きい施設で広さは何万ヘクタールもあったようです。
素晴らしい施設を見学させてもらい、品質の良さが納得できました。
動物ならわかるのですが、フルーツでもいろいろと消毒など厳しいチェックが入っていました。
その日の夜はまた会食をしてもらいました。
取締役まで出てきてくれたので関係構築にとても良かったのではないかと思います。
翌日は、朝3時の便でマニラまで戻り、9時のマニラ発の飛行機で日本に戻りました。
夕方家に戻って、靴下を脱いだら、足が紫色になっていて驚いて病院に行きました。
診察してみると、最初は問題ないねと言われましたが、レントゲン撮影をし、画像を見ると骨折でした。
骨折なんて40年ぶりくらいでした。
翌日からJFNなどの会でしたが、当然、ゴルフは欠席させてもらいました。
たまたまこのようなイベントが多かったので、みなさんに心配してもらって恐縮でした。
うちの会長に言われて、一発だけドライバーショットをしましたが
200Yくらいの中々のナイスショットでした。
基本小指を使わなければ、運動に問題なく、
縄跳びが出来なくなってしまったので、週末はジムに行ってエアロバイクを漕いでいました。
しかしあまり調子に乗らないようにしたいと思います。
先週は慌ただしい週でしたが、きちんと休みもとって、また来週から頑張りたいと思います。

No. 349th “Business trip to the Philippines”
Hello everyone, this is the 349th episode of my blog.
Last week was a busy one as well. I was in the Philippines from Sunday. I came back to Japan last Wednesday.
As for my schedule first, I have been to the Hatsuho golf course since Thursday. The general meeting of JFN was held last Thursday. The next day, we were supposed to play golf, and at night we had dinner with our clients. I was supposed to play golf on Saturday.
Back to the story, I have been to Manila in the Philippines on Sunday. I had dinner with my staff members that day.
The next day, I visited the city with my staff. After that, we flew to Mindanao by plane, and we had dinner with the organizer of this inspection. The director participated in dinner.
The cuisine was Japanese. The next day, when I got up in the morning and took my second shower, I slipped in the bathroom.
My right toe was swollen.
I felt it hurt a bit.
Although I was able to walk around without any problems,
I went to see the facility.
It was a huge facility that had tens of thousands of hectares.
I toured a wonderful facility, and I was convinced of their good quality control.
If it were an animal, I would not be surprised, but even with fruits, there were various strict quality control checks in place, such as disinfection and so on.
We also had dinner with them again that night.
Since their director joined us on our tour, we could build a good relationship.
The next day, I came back to Manila on a 3 am flight and
I returned to Japan on a 9 am flight.
I came back home in the evening and took off my socks.
My right toe had become purple.
I was surprised and went to the hospital.
When I went there, the doctor said that there was nothing wrong with my feet at first,
but an x-ray was taken, and after looking at the images the doctor said I had a fracture.
It has taken 40 years since I had a previous fracture.
The next day, there was a meeting with JFN, but of course, I had to miss the golf meeting.
As there were a lot of events that happened by chance, I was confused many people worried about me.
My father told me to hit a driver shot.
Though I hit a driver shot only once, it was a nice shot that flew about 200 yards.
Unless I basically use my toe, I can exercise without any problems.
Since I couldn’t do a jumping rope, I rode a bike in a gym on weekends.
But I will try not to get too carried away.
The last week was very busy.
I take a rest surely and I think I will do my best from next week again.
This week was a week of these thoughts.
