みなさんこんにちは
ブログ第４２９弾です。
みなさん、新年、明けましておめでとうございます。
２０２６年がスタートしました。
今年は午年ですね。
インターネットで調べると下記のように書いてありました。
２０２６年の干支は
午年（うまどし）
で、十干（じっかん）と組み合わせて「丙午（ひのえうま）」となります。
丙午は６０年に一度巡ってくる干支で、「丙（ひのえ）」が火の要素で生命力や情熱を、
「午（うま）」が躍動感や行動力を表し、力強く前進するエネルギッシュな一年になるとされています。
だそうです。
中々良い年になりそうですかね
あまりこういったことには疎いですが、せっかく良いことなら活用したいと思います。
去年は５０周年という事で節目の年でしたが、馬ではないですが、
今年は更に飛躍するために色々と種をまいていこうと思います。
そのためにも従業員の皆さんには、更にお力を借りたいと思っています。
娘が成人して、また息子たちも成人を迎えるようになってきて
私自身、ライバルが増えたようなものです。
身内でこれだけ刺激をもらえる
更にこちらも刺激を与える
そんな存在であり、またそれを胸に今年も頑張りたいと思います。
私はアナログの手帳で１週間ごとに区切られているので、踊り場と言いますか、
常に１週間で振り返りができるので、地に足をつけた行動をしていきたいと思います。

Blog No. 429th “Happy new year”
Hello everyone, this is the 429th episode of my blog.
Happy New Year, everyone!
2026 has begun.
This year is the Year of the Horse.
I looked it up online and found the following:
The zodiac sign for 2026 is the Year of the Horse (Umadoshi),
and when combined with the Ten Heavenly Stems (Jikkan), it becomes “Hinoeuma.” Hinoeuma is a zodiac sign that comes around once every 60 years.
“Hinoe” represents the fire element, vitality and passion, while “Uma” represents dynamism and drive, making it an energetic year of strong progress.
Or so it seems.
Doesn’t it sound like it could be a pretty good year?
I’m not very knowledgeable about these things,
but I’d like to make the most of this good opportunity.
Last year was a milestone year, marking our 50th anniversary.
Although I’m not a horse,
this year I’d like to sow various seeds to make even greater strides.
To that end, I would like to ask for even more support from all of my employees.
With my daughter now an adult and my sons also approaching adulthood,
it feels like I have more rivals.
They are family members who inspire me, and whom I also inspire,
and I will keep that in mind as I continue to work hard this year.
I use an analog planner divided into weekly sections,
which I treat as checkpoints.
By reflecting on my progress each week,
I’m able to stay grounded and engaged in my actions.
