みなさん、こんにちは
ブログ第４４２弾です。
私の大好きな季節になってきました。
非常に気候もよく、桜も咲いて、非常に良い季節になりました。
しかし、同時にこの時期は雨も多いですね。
仕方がないことですが、非常に良いものを見せてくれる変わりに雨も多い
良いことだけでは贅沢ってことですね。
さて、先週は南日本グループ全体会議を行いました。
各グループ企業の最高会議を行っているメンバー以上という基準で集まってもらいました。
南日本は所長、副所長以上というメンバーです。
また、今回はシンガポールからサトユのマネージャーも参加してくれました。
総勢１２０名でした。
開始前に会場に着きましたが、入ると手前味噌ですが
緊迫感のある雰囲気で他社の会場かと思ったぐらいでした。
私が最初に挨拶や今後の方針を話した後、
南日本の各本部からの発表、各グループ企業からの発表をしてもらいました。
それぞれ非常に良い発表でした。
今回、初めて場所を変えて行いましたが、良い緊張感での会となって、良かったと思っています。
また、各幹部のみなさんも業務が忙しい中、集まってくれて、本当に良かったと思っています。
今回はこのような会を初めて行い、課題点はたくさんあると思いますが、
さらに良い会にできるように頑張りたいと思います。

Blog No. 442nd “Group Meeting”
Hello everyone, this is the 442nd episode of my blog.
My favorite season has arrived. The weather is wonderful, and the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, making it a truly beautiful time of year.
However, it’s also true that we get a lot of rain during this season.
It can’t be helped, but it reminds me that expecting only good things is a luxury to expect only good things, as even this beautiful season comes with its share of rain.
Last week, we held the Minami Nihon Group-wide meeting.
We brought together members who participate in the highest-level meetings at each group company.
For Minami Nihon, this included general managers, deputy general managers, and above.
Additionally, a manager from Satoyu in Singapore also participated this time. A total of 120 people attended.
I arrived at the venue before the meeting started, and when I entered, I was struck by the intense and focused atmosphere — it almost felt like I had walked into another company’s meeting.
After I delivered the opening remarks and outlined our future policies, we had presentations from each department of Minami Nihon, followed by presentations from each group company.
Each presentation was excellent.
This was our first time holding the meeting at a different venue, and I believe it created a positive and focused atmosphere, which was a great success.
I am also truly grateful that all the executives, were able to attend despite their busy schedules, As this was the first time we held such a meeting, I’m sure there are many areas for improvement. However I am committed to making these meetings even better going forward.
This week was a week of these thoughts.
