皆さん、こんにちは
ブログ３３１弾です。
先週は大雪が降りましたね。
関東の交通もマヒして帰宅に影響があったと思います。
午後一でお客様を訪問していたらその会社はすでに帰宅の案内を社員さんに発動されていて、
帰宅準備に入っていたそうです。
大きい会社さんが早々に帰宅に入ってくれると我々の会社も動きやすいので有難いです。
その日は会食もありました。
スタート時間を早めてもらいましたが
結局、いつもよりは早かったですがいつもと変わらないくらいで終了となりました。
その方は、長年弊社がお世話になりました。
会食では、昔話、思い出話など聞かせてもらって懐かしく、また楽しい機会となりました。
先週はDENBAの関係である島に行ってきました。
リゾート地で以前、弾丸ゴルフツアーも企画されて行く予定でしたが、急用ができて行けませんでした。
生まれて初めて行った島でした。
空港に着くとまず市役所に訪れ、農政部の部長を始め、メンバーの方達と面会させてもらいました。
南日本やDENBAのコールドチェーンに対しての提案や考え方を伝えさせてもらいました。
ご理解頂いた後は、市長にも面会をさせてもらい改めてコールドチェーンの提案をさせてもらいました。
ご理解を頂き、早々に進めるように指示も頂きました。
夜は農政部の方達と懇親させて頂きました。
地元ならではの課題をたくさん聞くことができました。
本当に少しでも我々がお役に立てることがあればと思いました。
翌日はせっかく島に来たので朝はランニングをし、島を満喫させてもらいました。
その後は漁港に行ったり、農園に行きました。
そこでもその土地の状況を教えてもらいました。
しかし、それを乗り越えると明るい未来があるのではないかと感じました。
やはり決意を新たにし、世の中のフードロスや
生産者の成り手を増やせるようにお手伝いできればと思います。
また、先日仲間になったシンガポールの会社も活用しながら
商売の活性化もできそうなのでお互い成長できればと思います。

Blog No.331: ”Business Trip”
Hello everyone, this is the 331st episode of my blog.
It snowed heavily in Kanto area last week.
I think transportation was congested, and it affected everyone on their way home.
When we visited the clients in the afternoon, the employees had been told to go home and they were already preparing for it.
Since the big company’s employees made preparation to go home early, we were grateful as it makes our company easier to move.
I also had a business dinner that day.
I asked them to start dinner earlier.
Consequently, we finished dinner about the same as usual time.
The client had cared our company for a long time.
At the business dinner, I heard ancient stories and memories.
I had a nostalgic and great business dinner.
Last week I went to an island to explain DENBA.
It is very famous for its resort area.
Previously, a golf tour was planned, and I was going to go there, however, I couldn’t go there because of urgent business.
It is an island where I went for the first time in my life.
When I arrived there, I first went to the city hall to meet the division manager and other members in the agriculture department.
I proposed to them about Minami-nihon’s operation and DENBA’s cold chain.
After they understood our proposal, we met the mayor, and we proposed our cold chain to him as well.
He also understood our proposal, and he indicated to proceed quickly.
We had a business dinner with them.
We were able to hear from them about many local topics and issues.
I really hoped we could help in any way.
The next day, since it was a great opportunity, I went running in the early morning and I enjoyed the island.
Afterward, we went to fishing port and farm.
They told us about the local issues.
However, I felt that there would be a bright future if we could overcome this.
I decided again and I hoped we can support to increase the number of producers and decrease the number of wastes.
Also, I hope we can do business together by utilizing Singaporean company that we recently became fellow, and I hope we can grow together.
This week was a week of these thoughts.
