ブログ第３３３弾です。
最近、縄跳びを始めました。
実は最初はエアー縄跳びをしていました。
ご存じない方もいるかもしれないので説明すると
取っ手の先に紐がついて、その先に重りがついています。
取っ手にはデジタル表示があるので回数や時間が分かります。
便利でどこでも使えたので非常に有効だったのですが何か物足りなく、
先週から実際の縄跳びを飛び始めました。
エアーと比べると非常にハードで、50回から100回くらい連続で飛ぶと凄く息が上がります。
しかし、非常に運動としては有効なので続けていきたいと思います。
先週は４月入社の新人の子の内定式がありました。
１１名の予定でしたが、体調不良等で８名の参加でした。
急用ができたため、私の出番までには間に合いましたが少し遅れていきました。
行くと南日本の所長たちもいて新卒者の配属先の管理者たちでした。
私はいつも大体、会社の方向性や戦略をお話させて頂きますが、
今回は自分の新卒の時代の話であったり父である会長とのエピソードであったりと
なるべく彼ら目線で理解してもらいやすいように話をしました。
彼らの表情を見ていると、
既存の南日本のメンバーの方が良く聞いてくれていたかのように見えてしまいましたが
私の話の内容にさらに改良が必要かもしれません。
みんなの挨拶を聞いていると緊張していて誰もが通る道なのだなと改めて思いました。
そのあと、ランダムに相手を見つけて自己紹介し、相手との共通点を見つけるゲームを行いました。
私も一回だけ新卒の子とやり、私がいろんな質問をして
何とか共通点を見つけようとしましたが意外に難しいと感じました。
しかしそれだけにやる価値があるのだと思いました。
その週はそのあと、資本提携先のDENBA社が新しく新社屋を購入されたので
そのお祝いに参加させてもらいました。
参加者の名簿を見ると大会社の役員の方や大学の先生、スポーツのトレーナー、力士など多数でした。
いろんな方が挨拶をされた後、私も一言話をさせて頂きました。
DENBA社との縁や提携に至った経緯、
また、どんなことに取り組んでいてどう成果が出始めたかなどでした。
改めてそういった話をさせて頂くと非常に感慨深い思いがありました。
本当にご縁というのは大事ですし、有難い話だと思います。
先週はそんな週でした。
Blog No.333rd “Job Offer Ceremony & New Office Building Party”
Hello everyone, this is the 333rd episode of my blog.
Recently, I began to play skipping rope without ropes.
I will explain it because there are some people who may not know it.
The ropes is attached at the top of handle.
The weight is attached at the further top of the rope.
As the handle is contained with digital display, I can check the number and time of execution.
As it was very convenient and I was able to use it everywhere, it was very effective.
But I thought something was not enough,
I began to play skipping rope with actual ropes from last week.
Compared to skipping rope without ropes, it was very hard.
When I played skipping rope from 50 to 100 times in a row, I was extremely out of breath.
But, as it is very effective exercise, I will continue it.
Last week, job offer ceremony for new employees who will join from next April was held.
Though 11 people planned to participate in it, only 8 people took part due to their poor health.
I was little late getting there due to urgent task.
When I got there, there were a lot of sales office managers of Minami-nihon.
They were managers to whom the new employees were assigned.
I have always talk about company’s strategy and goal, but I shared my episode of new employee’s era and my episode of my father.
I attempted to make them easier to understand.
Although I felt they have listened to what I said well, my contents might need improvement.
When I heard their greetings, they looked nervous.
I thought everyone passes the same way, too.
Afterwards, an interesting game began.
The game was where we find someone, and we introduce yourself, and we have to find common of each other.
I also challenged once with them.
I felt it difficult beyond our thought.
But I thought it is worth doing it.
On that week, DENBA Inc., our alliance company, purchased a new headquarter.
We joined the ceremony.
When I saw the list of attendees, a big company’s executive, professor, trainer and SUMO wrestler participated a lot.
After many people greeted in public, I also shared them our relationship and history of DENBA Inc.
I talked about what kind of things we were working on and how we were able to make an effect.
When I shared with such things, I was deeply impressed.
Honestly, I thought relationships is very important and I appreciated it.
This week was a week of these thoughts.
