ブログ第３３４弾です。
さて、先週のブログで縄跳びをはじめたと書きましたが
一週間くらいは順調で、やっているうちに、結構飛べるようにもなって楽しく飛んでいました。
何回か行った後、ふくらはぎが筋肉痛になり、足を引きずって会社に行っていると
うちの幹部から
『社長、痛風ですか？』と
聞かれてしまいました。
普段から走っていたり、スクワットをやっていたりと足には自信があったのですが、
筋肉の使い方が違うのでしょうか？
また研究したいと思います。
ただ、ふくらはぎが筋肉痛のまま縄跳びを続けていたら
背中の筋肉に痛みが出て寝返りをうてない日もありました。
先週はゴルフの予定が結構入っていたのですが、キャンセルになってしまい、
この場を借りて一緒に行く予定だった方に改めてお詫びをしたいと思います。
ゴルフへ行かなかった日に、病院に行ったのですが、『ただの腰痛』と言われ、
とりあえず騙しながら様子を見て、また運動を再開したいと思います。
さて、先週は友人であり、一緒に合弁会社を作らせてもらっている会社の上場セレモニーがありました。
そこに私も呼んで頂きました。
もちろん生まれて初めて証券取引所に行きました。
場所もわからず、借りてきたネコのように歩いていました。
守衛の方に話をして、中に入るとホールで待機していました。
大勢の人がいたので、何社かあるのかと思っていたら全員、関係者の人たちでした。
その中でようやく数名、知り合いを見つけることができて少しホッとしました。
しばらくすると証券所の方から案内があり、メイン会場に通してもらいました。
私は参加者の中でも式典の会場に入れてもらえるメンバーに選んでもらいました。
３０人近くはいたと思います。
中に入ると、テレビで見る風景で、少し気分が高揚しました。
何回も写真も撮ってしまいました。
そのあと、式典が始まりました。
滞りなく進んでいく中でメインイベントとして鐘を鳴らすイベントがありました。
私は何も知らなかったのですが、鐘は主要メンバーが二人ずつ呼ばれ合計、5回鳴らします。
私は他人事のように立っていましたら5番目として名前を呼ばれました。
私はびっくりして壇上に上がり鐘を専用木槌で叩き、名誉あることをさせてもらいました。
もしかしたら一生に一回あるかないかのことです。
その後、自由時間もあり、記念撮影をさせてもらい、私自身も記念の日にさせてもらいました。
ちょっとした懇親会もありましたが上場の式典を経験させてもらいました。
私の中で非常に素晴らしい経験をさせてもらったと思っています。
先週は、そんな週でした。

Blog No.334th “Listing Celebration”
Hello everyone, this is the 334th episode of my blog.
I wrote in my blog of last week that I have begun jump rope.
I had been able to jump rope well as I continued.
I was able to enjoy it.
After several times, my calf had been hurt.
When I walked around in my office, my executive asked me “do you have gout?”.
But since I usually run and do squats, I had confidence about my physical.
Is the use of muscle different?
I want to learn it, again.
However, while I continued it even though I had pain, I felt pain in my back.
There were times when I was not able to toss and turn.
Though there were several opportunities to play golf, I was not able to go there.
I apologize to them here with who we were going to play golf.
I went to hospital on the day I didn’t go playing golf.
The doctor said you have just back pain.
For now, while watching my situation, I want to react.
Last week, there was a listing ceremony for a company that is a friend of mine and with who I have a joint venture.
He invited me there.
I went to Japan’s stock exchange for the first time.
I walked around without knowing the location.
I was able to enter and was waiting there alone.
Since there were many people, I thought there might be few companies, but everyone was related parties.
I was relieved when I was able to find someone I know.
In a while, someone of the Japan’s stock exchange instructed us to enter the main venue.
I was selected as a member who can enter the ceremony venue among a lot of members.
There were nearly 30 people.
When entering there, I was excited to see the scene I had watched on TV.
I took a lot of pictures.
After that, the ceremony began.
As the event proceeded, there was the main event where someone would ring the bell.
I didn’t know anything about it.
Two main members ring the bell five times each.
When I was standing casually, I was called as the fifth.
I was surprised and went to the stage.
I hit the bell with a special mallet.
I was honored to do so.
Probably, I thought this experience may happen once in a lifetime.
Afterwards, I had some free time and took a lot of pictures.
Today was anniversary for me, too.
After that, social gathering was held.
I experienced the listing ceremony.
This was a great opportunity.
This week was a week of these thoughts.
