皆さん、こんにちは
ブログ第４７１弾です。
先週は何年振りかに会長とゴルフに行ってきました。
知り合いの運送会社の社長さんが誘ってくれて実現しました。
普段は乗用カートを利用できないゴルフ場ですが、
今回はゴルフ場側に乗用カートを用意してもらいました。
久しぶりなので少し心配をしましたが、ナイスショットも多く、
カートを使用せずに会長はずっと歩いていました。
会長の使用クラブをみたら、懐かしいクラブが入っていました。
もう何十年も使っているのでしょうね。
久しぶりで非常に楽しかったです。
さて、先週は協力会を１年ぶりに開催しました。
去年の年末に大きな問題を発生させてしまいました。
ご迷惑をおかけしましたが、体制整備・教育体制などを強化し再発防止に取り組みました。
毎月、会議で進捗を確認しています。
さらに、先を見越した管理を始めました。
これから益々厳しくなってくると思います。
しっかり管理して行きたいと思います。
そんな状況下で協力会が再スタートしました。
久しぶりにお会いしていろいろな会話させて頂きました。
体制の強化のお知らせとそのお願い、そして新たな仲間が増えたことをお知らせしました。
その後は懇親会が始まり、仕事抜きの話でも盛り上がりました。
翌日には懇親ゴルフになり、みなさんと懇親を深めることができて良かったです。
このような協力会ができるのも、やはり普段からしっかりとした管理ができているからこそだと、
改めて身の引き締まる思いと、感謝の気持ちでいっぱいになりました。
先週はそんな週でした。
また、来週お会いしましょう。
Blog Post No. 471: “Cooperation Association”
Hello, everyone. This is Blog Post No. 471.
Last week, I went golfing with the chairman for the first time in years.
It was made possible by an invitation from the president of a shipping company I know.
Since the golf course doesn’t allow us to use one for us this time.
I was a little worried since it had been so long,
but the chairman hit many great shots and, without using the cart,
he walked the entire course.
When I looked at the clubs in his bag, I noticed some familiar clubs.
He must have been using them for decades now.
It was great fun to play again after so long.
Now, last week we held our first Cooperative Association meeting in a year.
We caused a major problem at the end of last year.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we’ve strengthened our organizational structure and training programs to prevent a recurrence.
We review progress at our monthly meetings.
Furthermore, We have also started taking a more proactive approach to management.
I believe things will become increasingly challenging going forward, and we will continue to manage our operations carefully.
Under these circumstances, the Cooperative Association has restarted.
It had been a while since we’d met, and we had many opportunities to chat.
I shared updates on our organizational improvements and our requests for your cooperation,
as well as the news that we’ve welcomed new members to our team.
Afterward, the social gathering began,
and we had a lively time chatting about topics unrelated to work.
The next day, we played a friendly round of golf, which was a great opportunity to strengthen our relationships with everyone.
I was reminded that an association like this is possible only because of the solid management we maintain in our day-to-day operations.
This experience renewed my sense of responsibility and filled me with gratitude.
That was my week.
