ブログ第４２８弾です。

今年、最後のブログです。
最近、娘が推薦のテストで大学受験に合格しました。
なるべく親に迷惑をかけない、彼女の意思を感じた受験でした。
それも束の間、入学までの間に二つの資格を取るために勉強を始めました。
中々しっかりした娘で、社会人の私でも驚きました。
合格に安堵せず、次にやるべきことに向かってすぐに行動する姿は、私も非常に勉強になります。

さて、先週は自分の社会人人生を、振り返るインタビューを受けました。
心のどこかにはあった内容が、質問を受けることによって鮮明になる
また、質問によって、やりたい事が明確になる
社長就任から１１年経ちますが、改めて振り返ることで
感謝する出来事やあの出来事があるから今がある。
そんな気持ちにさせてくれました。
やはり１人では何もできない
最近、忙しくて、少々雑な行動があったりと感じていますが、改めて良い機会となりました。

今年最後のブログとなりました。
今年もみなさんのお力でブログを継続する事ができました。
来年も引き続きよろしくお願いします。

Blog No. 428th “Review”

Hello everyone, this is the 428th episode of my blog.

This is my last blog post of the year.

My daughter recently passed her university entrance exam through a recommendation-based admission.
I could sense her determination to cause as little trouble as possible for her parents during the exam process,
and shortly after that,
she began studying to obtain two qualifications before enrolling.

She’s a very reliable daughter, which surprised me, even as a working adult.
She didn’t rest on her laurels, but instead, immediately took action toward her next goal, and I learned a lot just by watching her.

Last week, I was interviewed to reflect on my life as a working adult.
The questions helped bring clarity to thoughts that had been lingering somewhere in my mind, and they also helped me clarify what I want to do.

It’s been 11 years since I became president,
and looking back, I realized that there are many events and moments I’m grateful for that have brought me to where I am today.
That is how I felt.

After all, you can’t do everything alone.
I’ve been busy lately and have felt a bit careless,
but it was a good opportunity to reflect on myself.

This is my last blog post of the year.
Thanks to everyone’s support, I was able to continue blogging this year.
I look forward to your continued support next year.
