みなさん、こんにちは
ブログ第４４４弾です。

以前、下の息子と食事をした時に髪を伸ばすようにアドバイスをもらって伸ばしましたが、
癖毛で毛量が多いので中々セットするのに苦労していました。
AIで自分に合う整髪剤を探していたらクリーム系の整髪剤が合うらしく、
いつも切ってくれている美容師さんもお薦めしてくれたので、買いました。
朝たまたま下の息子と会ったのでそのクリームの使い方を教わりました。
横で見てもらいながらアドバイスをもらい、セットをしました。
どう？と息子に聞くと、少し笑いながら良いんじゃないと言われたので、良かったです。

さて、先週は４月から入社した新入社員の子達の研修に見学に行ってきました。
ちょうどお昼ごろにつき、みんなは昼食を食べていました。
昼食を終えると早々にグループごとにまた打ち合わせをしていました。
今年の子達は例年以上にやる気のある子が多いようです。
実はそこに下の息子が特別参加していました。
今年の新入社員は半分が外国籍の方がいて、
そのうちの１人が息子にも声をかけてくれていて最後の発表の打ち合わせをしていました。
積極的に意見を言ったり質問する姿に、早く幹部になってくれると嬉しいと思いました。

先週はそんな週でした。

Blog No. 444th “Workshops”

Hello everyone, this is the 444th episode of my blog.

Previously, when I had a meal with my younger son, he advised me to grow my hair out, so I did.
However, because I have thick, curly hair, it was quite difficult to style.
I used AI to search for a suitable hair styling product, and it seemed that a cream-based product would suit me.
My regular hairdresser also recommended it, so I bought it.
I happened to meet my younger son this morning, and he taught me how to use the cream.
He watched me and gave me advice, while I styled my hair.
When I asked him what he thought, he smiled a little and said it looked good, which made me happy.

Last week, I went to observe the training of the new employees who joined the company in April.
I arrived around lunchtime, and everyone was eating.
After lunch, they quickly went back to their respective groups for meetings.
This year’s new recruits seem to be more motivated than in previous years. Actually, my younger son was also there as a special guest.
Half of this year’s new employees are foreign nationals, and one of them spoke to my son, and they were discussing the final presentation.
As I watched him actively offering opinions and asking questions, I thought it would be wonderful if he could become a manager soon.

This week was a week of these thoughts.
